By using the email services provided by APestcontrol.com, Client agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of APestcontrol.com's Email Service Agreement. The agreement sets forth APestcontrol.com's general policies and limits concerning use of APestcontrol.com's email services. By using the email services provided by APestcontrol.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which APestcontrol.com may establish.

The general policies and limits concerning use of APestcontrol.com's email services includes without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages or other content may be retained, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account, and the maximum disk space that will be available for use. APestcontrol.com reserves the right to immediately discontinue the Client's use of APestcontrol.com's email services if Client uses these services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions in any of the following ways:

• Using the email services in connection with sending with, SPAM, high-volume, mass, or bulk email and unsolicited email of any kind.
• Attempts to threaten and harass third parties in any way, including attempts to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, or slander third parties, or otherwise violate a third party's legal rights.
• Attempts to acquire confidential information unlawfully, invade the privacy of a third party, or impersonate the identity of a third party.
• Attempts to encourage unlawful or illegal behavior by others, such as hate crimes, child pornography, the promotion of the use of any illegal substances, and acts of terrorism.
• Any actions that are prohibited by the laws of the United States.
• Attempts to send or store large video or audio files (or other large files or media that are not intended for emailing), as well as any materials that protected by intellectual property laws, trademark and copyright laws without consent.
• Any other use in violation of APestcontrol.com's policies, as may be updated from time to time.
